Stress Management: How to Prevent and Manage Work-related Stress in Schools

The summer was very hot in the Czech Republic too, as it was commonly said, a "Palermo" summer... so I went to see it for myself, together with the project coordinator from Erasmus+. But it wasn’t by chance.

We participated in a course titled "Stress Management: How to Prevent and Manage Work-related Stress in Schools."

The lessons were very intensive, with 7 hours of classes each day, filled with new and interesting information, teaching methods, activities, and tips on how to handle daily tasks so that they don’t become burdens. The theory seemed quite easy, but implementing all the knowledge and innovations in practice turned out to be much more challenging. The entire course was conducted in English, which was a significant challenge. Understanding all the nuances of the course was not easy, but the sense of accomplishment after completing the course was immense.

Although there was little time left after the lessons, we managed to familiarize ourselves with the local culture, the sea, and even jellyfish. The small town of Porticello, where we took the course, was not crowded with tourists and was a picturesque place with rocky outcrops, very close to the sea.

Therefore, I can only highly recommend this course to you as well!
